All payments are to be made weekly advance/within the week of training. Payment is made through an online debit system or paid in person.

Understand participating in exercise has a risk of causing injury, both minor and potentially major, please acknowledge that I am not a physiotherapist or exercise scientist, and any exercises provided are only suggestions. Please acknowledge that I am not a doctor or dietician, and any discussions about nutrition or menopause issues and are only suggestions.
Also, understand that photographs and videos will only be shared with your permission. Also, acknowledge that any private discussions will not be shared with anyone unless written permission is given by you. For example, a medical professional or in a group discussion.
