This 1:1 Menopause Coaching session is designed for women who know something needs to change, but aren’t sure where to begin. Maybe it’s strength training. Maybe it’s nutrition. Maybe you just need to talk to someone who actually understands what you’re going through.

In this 45-minute session, you’ll work directly with Julie — a certified menopause coach — to:

  • Complete a personalised hormone health evaluation.
  • Get expert insight on what’s likely contributing to how you feel.
  • Begin to shape a path forward that’s realistic, supportive, and based on what your body actually needs.

You will gain clarity, perspective, and professional guidance to help you take the next step with confidence.
