Group Sessions available on Tuesdays and Thursdays Evenings.
Training sessions that are time efficient and designed to build your strength, balance, flexibility and mobility. Your session is made for 1:1, at home, or at your gym and offered for durations of 45 or 60 minutes.
Coaching is for those who need accountability. Coaching is in person, on the phone, or by Zoom. Coaching is by appointment only and you can choose to be coached weekly, fortnightly, or monthly.
With a tailored training program, Nutrition, and 1:1 Coaching – you have all the ingredients to succeed in a successful menopause transition (Minimum commitment of 12 weeks).
This educational series provides comprehensive knowledge to empower you to take proactive steps during your transition for a positive outcome. It covers a range of topics and includes weekly accountability coaching sessions.

All my life I’ve struggled with being on the ‘too thin’ side. I would get upset when kids at school would tease me by calling me ‘bones’ and ‘anna’.
